As we approach closure of the Auction it's important
that winning bidders understand what happens next:



1. Payment

We would appreciate payment as soon as the auction closes. Although it's possible to pay at our Annual Reunion we have a huge amount to do and, believe it or not, we'd also like to enjoy the Weekend :)

Payment can be made in four ways:

  3. Debit Card/Credit Card
  4. Let us have your email address (if you already have a NOCHEX account then this must be the email address that you currently have registered with NOCHEX).
    We'll send a Payment Request for the correct amount to the email address you supply.

  5. Paypal
  6. Make payment to 'onlineshop@noahs-arc.org.uk'

  7. Cheque by post
  8. Send cheque payable to Noah's Arc to:

  9. Cash/Cheque at Reunion

2. Collection/Delivery
  1. Home Collection
  2. Our preferred method is collection from our home (address above). This minimises the amount of movement around of the items, especially for the larger/heavier stuff.

  3. Reunion Collection
  4. If you can't do a Home Collection we'll transport your item(s) to the Noah's Arc Online Shop at The Imperial Hotel, Linda will be there to control this method.

  5. Despatch
  6. Sending large or fragile items can only be despatched including insurance premium, please find another way if you can.
    If you can't arrange for any of the previous two options you need to contact us to confirm your despatch address. We will then establish shipping costs and let you know total payment needed from you. Despatch can't be made until payment is received.
