Friday Night Buffet

Chicken schnitzel

Black Forest sliced ham
Smoked sausage

Cabbage with diced bacon
Sliced nut roast

Proper zenf mustard
Segura sauce
Jäger sauce
Mushroom sauce


Zatziki cucumber salad with yoghurt
Apple and celery salad with walnuts
New potato salad

Black Forest gateaux with cream
Chantilly cheesecake with stencilled hawk
Chocolate brownies with cherry coulis
Cheese and biscuits


Gala Menu Saturday Evening


Melon fantail with strawberry coulis

Vegetable soup


Roasted leg lamb with thyme sauce
Ratatouille vegetables with hasseback potatoes and minted butter

Roasted pepper with wild mushroom risotto
Parmesan shavings and pesto dressing


Mini cream filled profiteroles

Fresh Fruit salad

Both with either ice cream or cream
