We've all been expecting it to happen but we still can't believe Robin has gone. We remember him in his football kit at the Noah's Arc Reunion when his beloved Reading went up into the Premier League. He was jumping up and down with his arms in the air and a broad smile across his face! That is the picture that will remain with both of us.

Thinking of Gita, Debbie and family.
Rest in Peace Robin, we'll never forget you.

Saddened to hear that your last battle is finally over Robin. May you rest in peace and may your family be given the strength to overcome their grief.

You were well thought of by all who knew you, as can be seen from the messages sent in the past couple of months.

No more pain for you Robin, just the pain of loss your family and friends will have.

RIP Robin

I can only repeat what has been said many times before. Knowing it was coming does not lessen the sadness that the loss of a good friend brings. Robin was one of the first guys I met on joining the regiment in 1961.Always a pal and ready to help.
RIP old friend.

I am relieved to hear that the fight has come to an end.
My condolences to Robins family and many grieving friends.
My own memories of Robin shall remain happy ones, I'm sure that's the way he would want it to be.
