My condolences to all the Marcelle family. I knew Pam from being a youngster, regimental brat in the 50's and 60's, we lived in the same block of flats in Celle as the Marcelles and the Campbells and the Markies in 59. John was a good friend of my old mans and Pam was a friend of my mums.

R.I.P. Pam

Cheers Ron

John was one of my SSM's at Junior Leaders, he was then and still is a remarkable person and has been an inspiration to generations of young soldiers. My heartfelt condolences to you John at the loss of your dear wife Pam. RIP Pam !
Like so many trials in the past, you will be put to the test again this time. Unfortunately it will not be possible for me to attend the funeral, but, as Richard Bach wrote 'There is no such place as far away' !
I hope that you have friends and family close by to support you. You certainly have a friend and admirer in me.
Take care FEPD, you much respected old friend !
