I had the privalidge and Pleasure to serve in the Regiment with Alan for 13 of his 20 years, and Remember him as a special ,Kind of person and someone you could always rely on, as a Boy soilder Alan would always say when passing me, "You alright Drisc"? he was a real Gent and a True Hussar, I'm shocked, and send our Deepest Sympathy to his Brothers and all his Friends and Families, we last spoke before I left for Bovi and demob, and never again, but, he was never forgotten. RIP Dear Friend.x

I didn't know Alan, but we must have served together in Celle and Hohne during the late 50's and early 60's.

Rest in Peace Alan.

My Condolences to his family and friends.

Had some laughs with Alan in the Cpl's Mess in Paderborn. A gentleman and a Hussar through and through. R.I.P. Alan.
