I served with Bernie for many years in A sqn, and was on his crew in Warminster

He was a great guy and gave me some sage advise when I was his driver which put me back on track.

I allways looked out for him at reunions just to say hello, he will be missed by all who knew him

My Condolances to his family

Trev Jones

Bernie taught me a thing or 2 about fishing in Germany, as people have already said a true gentleman with a heart of gold. Condolances to friends and family RIP Bernie and thanks for the tips.

I will not be able to attend Bernie or Stans Funerals due to work commitments (overseas) I will however raise a glass of Port to their memories next Thursday and reflect how lucky I have been to have known and served with so many great blokes of who these two guys are an example

They will live on in my memories
