[quote="Johnny Morris"]This is terrible news, especially coming so soon after hearing about Stan.

I shared a room with him in Warminster and he drove me crazy with his Country & Western music but what a great guy he was. Always calm, a wicked sense of humour and an all round good Hawk.

He will be sadly missed by all of us.

R.I.P Bernie

I too shared that room in Warminster with Bernie (probably after Johnny moved out) and he infected me with his love of Country and Western. What a likeable and sincere gentleman. It was a pleasure knowing you Bernie !

Our condolences to his loved ones.

Another of the 'A' Squadron '20th' gone. Remember his Country & Western very well especially in the Squadron bar. It seems that the good Lord is calling his Hawks at the moment. Bernie will be in good company. Condolences to Bernie's family. R.I.P Bernie.
