I was a mate of Roys, he had a droll humour always dropping me in it. But there was never a more reliable mate.R.I,P, Roy. My family send our heart felt sympathy at a sad time like this to Maureen and her family. Butch ex C Sqdn one of Billys Boys 59-68

I had the pleasure and priviledge of working with and alongside Roy for years from Libya onwards. A great guy and a mean dart player. RIP. Les

DENNY AND I FEEL AS THOUGH A GREAT SINCERE FRIEND HAS DEPARTED THIS WORLD.
LIFE AT REUNIONS WILL NEVER BE THE SAME WITHOUT HIS TRUE FRIENDSHIP, REAL MEMORIES AND GREAT TALES CONCERNING " THE WORLD OF HAWKS"
AS A YOUNG LAD I WILL TREASURE THE FACT THAT ROY WAS OFTEN AROUND TO GIVE ME SOUND INTELLIGENT ADVICE, WHEN OTHERS FLAPPED AND CAUSED CHAOS.
OUR VERY SINCERE CONDOLENCES TO HIS LOVELY WIFE MAUREEN AND FAMILY AT THIS TIME OF SADNESS :(
DRAC AND DENNY
