Hello to every one.
I have been asked by Bill and Kay to let you know that Bill was taken into Hospital two weeks ago suffering from severe pains and shortness of breath and after some intensive tests it was found that his Thoracic Aneurism was leaking, the long and short of it is there is nothing they can do for him and they have sent him home on Palliative care and and put him on Morphine to combat the pain he is on so much of the stuff he is talking normal one minute and then being as Bill said himself like a muppet on drugs, Bill said he want's me to tell it like it is and don't butter it up so the truth is we don't know how long he is going to be with us it could be one day,a month, six months and he want's one last Piss up with all of his mates before he goes so it would be great to see you all and if you can't get up to see him give him a call it would be just as good to talk to you.
I spoke to Bill and Kay this Morning and Kay said to tell you all, The More the Merrier.
I am sure that along with myself you all send Bill and Kay our Sincerest thought's and Best wishes.
Alan and Isabel.

Alan,

Very many thanks for this news in the saddest of times.

Please pass on the best wishes to Billy and a very brave Kay. I know that everyone will join me in hoping for as long and happy a life as can possibly be awarded to such a fine gentleman and friend. If he can make it to Blackpool what a bonus and a blessing that would be for him. He's a fighter, we hope and pray.

Just rang Billy, he is as chirpy as ever and phlegmatic about his situation. Knowing him he will still hang in there for a long time.
