Presentation of the Regimental Rosette
Awards made to our President and to our Chairman
The Colonel of the Regiment, General Sir Richard Shirreff KCB CBE, has approved the awards to Brian Draper (Regimental Rosette Number 70) and to Bob Harrison (Regimental Rosette Number 71).
"This is in recognition of your significant contribution to the Regimental Association through the establishment of, and Presidency and Chairmanship of, Noah's Arc for so many years."
The awards were made prior to the passing of Brian Draper and sadly could not be presented to him personally.
Bob says "I am honoured and proud to receive this most coveted award. It will be worn with pride at every occasion that presents itself."
The presentation to Bob was made by Lt Col Peter Garbutt during our 2015 Noah's Arc Reunion.

Re: Presentation of the Regimental Rosette
Very well deserved Bob! Your dedication to the Noah's ARC has been outstanding and without you and all your committee for all 19 reunions this extended family of ours would surely have drifted apart like every other Regiment in the British Army.
The Noah's ARC has enabled all those that wish to stick together and maintain their ties to the 14th/20th King's Hussars and all those that served within the ranks.
Many Congratulations to you and of course Drac Draper (RIP) on your award(s)!

Hi Bob,
Very well done and richly deserved, keep up your great work. So sad that Drac didn't make it to see his.
