Weather your way

Post by HarryBennett » Wed Feb 12, 2014 2:33 pm

Just hoping you will all be safe in the very bad weather and storms expected in North West and Wales any time now.
Just very wet and strong winds here but luckily we have escaped the extremes in our area.
Feeling so sad and helpless for all the folk in the west country and now along the Thames.

best wishes to you all
Harry and Pam

A couple of quite large puddles on the car park yesterday, the assistant facilities manager came to see me. "Is that right that the car park is flooded" I told her to take a look at the telly and she will see floods.

Wonder if these countries we have poured aid into are having a whip round to help this country in our hour of need ?

Doubtful ! They'll still be there with their hands out for more.

Talk about weather. I put up, correction I had built, a new Patio in October 2013. It has only felt water on it ONCE. and that was me with the garden hose.
Seriously I genuinely feel sorry for all of you in the UK but at the same time genuinely envy you cos it gets really bloody boring having a constant heat wave all the time for months on end.

In the news today looters target flood hit homes. It's time these flood areas came under a state of emergency, and looters shot on sight.
Or better still, use them as sandbags to shore up the river banks. :D :D
