I need a Philadelphia Lawyer

Post by Ged Preston » Sat Feb 07, 2009 12:57 am

Oh hell where do I start with this one.

1. in March 2007, myself and my wife decided that we wanted to go to Turkey in June of that year.

2. I had to take out a loan, for this Holiday. This was for £2000.

3. We came back from Turkey, and I started paying off my loan.

4. I was never in default of my loan to my Bank (Co-op Bank).

5. I did wander a few times from various sums, from perhaps £15 to as little as £3.00p.

6. I was 2 years paying off this religeously, without a hiccup.

7. Then this week I had cause to go and pay some money into my account.

8. The young lady behind the counter said to me I have been trying to get in touch with you.

9. She said the loan that you received for your Holiday in 2007, was not given to you in full.

10. You were short of a £196 on your loan, I have been denied this money yet been charged the interest on the the loan + money that would have kept me within the ceiling of my Personal Loan.

11. Now is there anyone out there that can give me any direction to go in.

12. I really do need your Brains on this.

Go back to the Co-op and get them to explain exactly what happened, then go from there.

You need to get yourself to the citizens advice or your local law centre, both of them will give you the info you need for free.
Dont think it, DO IT !

Provided you've paid back what you borrowed and they've no complaint with that, i'd tell the co-op to shove their £196 right up there Arsen Wenger !
Oh and i'd go to your bank account from were you paid it back from and ask for copies of all your statements, proving how much you borrowed and that you've paid it back !
Then it's Trooper this, an Trooper that
And Trooper how's yer soul?
But it's "Hawks are bloody 'ero's"
When the tanks began to roll!
