Ben Moore, one of the Finest RSMs I served under, Immaculatly Turned out, Immensley Fair, and a True gentleman to Boot, IF there was a "TOP TEN LIST" of RSM's Ben would be in it and very close to the Top, along with Alec Previtt and Tommy Vale, too name just a couple, of course I only speak for the time I served in, 50's 60's, I expect you all will have a contender?????????? :D Bill :)

I would just like to say how much i enjoyed Wednesday my grandson said he really enjoyed it, listening to the lads talking about the days in the regiment, we arrived home about 16.30 hr he came to my house for his tea, when he got a phone call from his mum asking him if he enjoyed it, then she asked for me and she told me is nan had just died and would i tell him, i told him and he was very upset and said what a bad ending to a good day. I would like to ask you if you could send him a little message he would very much appreciate it.

THANKS JOHN.

First of all, sorry to hear about your nan Aiden.

I've just uploaded a slideshow to the following:

http://www.smilespwp.co.uk/krhpreston.exe

Best to save it and then run it. It's about 25mB so if you're on dial up, forget it.

You can stop it, forward, reverse, print the images.

Check out "Waggy's" socks !!

Enjoyed the day but when I got home, I found out that my wife's firm had called in the receivers and today they have virtually closed the place down, although she's being kept on for a couple of more weeks or so. It's getting tough out there, bet there'll be no problems recruiting soon. I'd go myself but I think I might be "just over the top".
Regards
