Sincere condolences to Gereld's family and friends. I served in the QM's department with Gereld at Paderborne, he was one of the good guys.

Reg was in "B" Sqn juring the sixty's, he was a great charachter, but clearly mad. He was mates with Jim Passam, and Taff Perry. He was liked by every one exept his pet budgie, it met a sorry end.

Taff Perry B Sqn, early/mid 60's did the tank suit hood trick, Mick Cairns was in his crew, don't know the other two. Taff was one of the all time best characters of our great regiment,Jim Passam,and Ted Podester made up the trio. Between them they had more kids than your average nursery :D Did anyo...

I was shocked to learn of Oggie's passing, he was a real nice guy, and he will be sadly missed by all who knew him. My deepest sympathy goes to all of his family, and friends. RIP.
