Yes I too have heard this Last Post story and as we all know when and where ever we are wether its played on a trumpet or bugle it makes ones heart tingle and memory reflect on mates we have lost over the years.

Fully agree fold it up put a rubber band round it with a note explaining its relevance and who wore it. Put it with your other memorabilia then when the day comes your family will know its relevance Mate.
