As always there were new faces around - notably Rick Aindow, making the 6000 mile return trip from Brisbane, Ted Morris attended his first reunion and, keeping the REME attendance up we were pleased to see Malcolm Hay. Unfortunately there were a couple of noticeable absences when DRAC found late on that he couldn't make it and John Marcelle, one of Noah's Arc's stalwart supporters, wasn't too well. We look forward to seeing them at the next one.

Yet again we found the hotel was perfect for our purposes with guests finding either the disco (the young-at-heart), the sea-facing rooms (for the quiet types), the lobby (a great meeting place) or, as you would expect, the several bars.

It is customary after these do's to report on 'who switched the lights off'. This year I have to report that they never got switched off - Andy N kept them burning all night but still didn't manage to finish his carafe of wine by breakfast time!
