MOUNT KENYA
In the sixties a number of members of the Regiment took part in an adventure training exercise on Mount Kenya. Sadly we lost three of the climbers in a tragic accident. (More about that on the Home Page later.
In 1982 a 2nd expedition, "Batian Diamond" climbed Mount Kenya, to place a grave stone on the grave of three Hawks who died there. These photos record that occasion.
