Forthcoming departure of another Hussar

Postby DRAC » Mon Dec 08, 2014 1:04 pm

In order to squash rumours and good old English gossip, I would like to take this opportunity to be up front with the great Hussar network in regards to my health.
Yes I have been diagnosed with major internal organs cancer, its definitely incurable, and after all the scans etc by the experts , they have allocated me a time frame.
On a lighter side I will call upon all whitch doctors in Lancashire to ensure that Medicina and Noahs are on a firm fixture for this homosapian.
I intend to enjoy the time remaining and and action a military style handover to Denny and family in the near future
Very best wishes to you all
Drac

Brian,

what a smashing way to go about looking at the inevitable future. I hope that I will be up to it when my time comes. You were always a great example of how things should be done and I'm glad to see nothing has changed. It is unlikely that we shall ever meet again in this lifetime but there is always Valhalla, that great tank park in the sky or a squadron bar in a quiet corner of the universe. I am so glad to have known you and had the opportunity to share moments of your life.

Rahi and I wish Denny and the family strength and courage to deal with the time ahead and you Brian as easy an escape as you can find.

Bless you, you splendid fellow, chin up and at 'em, HUSSAR !

I gladly and respectfully salute you Sir !

Speechless. Proud to have known a true man like yourself. Enjoy the rest of life. Thoughts with all your family.
It is not just the oxen, that pulls the cart up the hill. But the birds that build there nests in the trees.
