the "If you ain't..." Lapel Badge

Postby Bob_H » Wed Jan 29, 2014 12:32 pm

It's arrived. It's in stock. It's available in our Online Shop right now! ONLY £1.95

A superb lapel badge. Made of stainless steel and enameled, with the highlights in gold plate. The 1 inch badge has a single top-centred butterfly clip fastening.

Please don't confuse these badges with the plastic things you see on Ebay (with the KRH Hawk!), they are of a much better quality with a lovely feel. Be seen - be recognised, you're "Hussar" and you're "Cav".

About the motif: Origin unknown but famous as a saying by Cavalrymen throughout the World.

About the image: Design based upon a sketch by the world-famous cartoonist Norman Thelwell.

Please note that the executor's of Mr Thelwell's Estate, via Mr David Thelwell, Norman’s son, have granted Noah's Arc the rights to reproduce the image within our items for sale. The image must not be copied, and any unofficial use would be an infringement of the copyright owner's rights. We are proud to recognise Mr Thelwells consideration for Noah's Arc.

I got mine today, really pleased ! I also ordered a couple of Hawk lapel badges at the same time and was every bit as pleased with them too ! What a great way of showing 'those in the know' where your loyalties lie.

Bill
its great to show our regiment. My windscreen sticker that the Great Billy Whittle had produced for us, I was stopped outside Mitcham Rugby club and asked by a Blues and Royals old comrade having seen my sticker if I knew Skip Ray as he had served with him. He was well pleased when I told him that Skip was my last RSM and that he had gone on from there.
