I have known Brian, since I joined the Regiment in 1963, I served with him on The Noah´s Arc Committee, He was a Dynamo of a man with boundless energy, He was a Soldiers Soldier, and staunch supporter of the 14th/20th King´s Hussars, and indeed Noah´s Arc.

As we all are aware, one of Brian´s last acts, was to donate a lifetimes collection of Militaria, and Personal awards for Auction, the Proceeds going towards securing the Future of Noah´s Arc, for us all to continue to enjoy, and keep in touch by. A Club he was Fiercely Proud of and, until his Sad demise, played a very active Part in.

Brian loved the Regiment, and I am convinced that, just like a stick of Blackpool rock, if you cut him in half, you would see "14th/20th King´s Hussars" running through the whole length of him.

I will, personally remember Brian for his long ´Gangly´Walk, and the Big beaming Smile he always wore.

My Heart goes out to Denny, and Brian´s Family at this Deeply Sad time.

The World is a Darker Place for his Passing !

Rest In Peace, Old Friend !

Eunice and Pete Farrell

I will always remember the contagious enthusiasm that Drac had and I always went away with a smile on my face. R.I.P. Brian

A very sad day, and a great loss to all that knew him. A great RSM and boss when he was Quartermaster with the King's Royal Hussars! Rest in Peace.
