Man Utd V Swansea

Post by Taff » Sun Mar 11, 2012 10:03 pm

My wife and I have just been invited to the MU Swansea game in May. Two nights in an hotel then corporate hospitality in a box at the ground. Also transport is provided from home. Not sure if I should accept or not. Any views?

So take open order, lie down, and sit tight,
And wait for supports like a soldier.
Wait, wait, wait like a soldier . . .

Left Swansea at 8am. Deans gate Hilton at 12:30, taxi to old trafford.

In Manchester suite of executive club, champagne and canapés. free bar 'singha beer' for me. horseradish tart to start, fillet steak and veg, tart-lets for sweet. onto half way line for game. half time, cheese and biscuits, coffee and another pint. back to seat. full time back to suite for more beer and Lancashire hot pot. more free drinks. taxi to hotel, room on 16th floor, stunning views. up to 23rd floor for cocktails about £9 apiece, two each. off to evolution then pitcher and piano, enough bang bang so off to pub opposite hotel. ruddles bitter, hotel to bed at 1am.
full breakfast at 10am. left at 12. home by four. excellent weekend.
