Congratulations to the England Under-17s. They've just won the European Championships held in Lichtenstein, beating Spain 2-1 in the final. The young lad from Chelsea (think it's McEachin, or similar) looks special - another Rooney?

Typical !!
But i'm still playing at 49, so there's hope yet !!
Personally i'd have taken Walcott, he's proved he can cut the mustard in big games, i'd never have started with him, but at the 60/65 min point, if things needed a re-vamp, i'd have been throwing him into the mire and see what he could turn-up.
SWP ?? Should be in the same "First Choice" hotel in Magaluf as Mucky Richards.
Crotch ?? Might score against Algeria or Slovenia, but thats about all !
And if the results in the qual group do have us facing Serbia, Nemanja will f****ng murder him !!
Then it's Trooper this, an Trooper that
And Trooper how's yer soul?
But it's "Hawks are bloody 'ero's"
When the tanks began to roll!

Pinky
I dont think Meeks would appreciate the call these days. I must say when it came to football I was an expert at being useless enjoyed watching you guys and I am sure some of you would have given the "England" Squad a run for their money.

Pinky,
I have a little too much retired muscle to do myself justice these days.
Having watched Walcott run out of pitch twice on Sunday I can see why Don Capello has ditched him.Pinning my hopes on Lennon to deliver for Rooney.

What surprised me about Mr Kellers post was that he was playing football at 49. From what I can remember he couldn't play when he was 25.
