Paul

Fraid not, don't do papers, it was a compilation from Facebook and Text messages, struck me as rather funny, and worth posting in this section. Don't do Football myself, rather watch Paint dry !!!

You will note that this is my first, probably last post in this Section, but, you never know !!!

Regards

Pete

Our father who leads our lions, Capello be thy name, our time has come, let the trophy be won, in Africa as it once was at Wembley. Give us this day a Barry goal, and forgive us our performance, as we forgive those that played against us, lead us not into the airport but deliver us from group C. For England is the Kin...gdom, the power and glory forever and ever, 11MEN!!!!............. Roll on Sunday!! ENGLAND!!

And yes, the flag is shown, the Hawk is in it's glory !!! Wish i'd know about it, would have down-loaded it on the sky box !
Then it's Trooper this, an Trooper that

And Trooper how's yer soul?

But it's "Hawks are bloody 'ero's"

If they dont do it I have to take the Flag down this evening that has flown at the Front of Superdrug head office since the start dont wanna do that. No one here apart from me knows how to attach a flag and run it up let alone how to take it down in the correct Manner.

Well that was a disaster, what a bunch of passionless over-rated wasters, the core of that team should retire from international football.........James,Terry,Lampard,Gerrard,J.Cole and Heskey,I would'nt play Johnson or SWP again either.........IMO.
Glad I'm not in Germany tonight....

Took the Flag down not happy but took it down as it should be done slowly in stages bit like our defense. Folded it neatly and put it to rest.

You forgot to add Rooney, think he had a sulk on in every match, or is it something to do with your Manchester United tinted spectacles . At the end of the day, they just weren't good enough. Overpaid, overated, time we looked at the complete shambles of English football. I lost interest when the Premier League was formed. To much money, too many pundits who in all honesty know nothing and are no more expert than the average fans, listen to Mick McCarthy's comments during matches, condoning bad tackles and sportsmanship. And too much of the media, telling them and us they are great, when they are nothing more than average. They would have got more passion and effort out of an amateur tema out of the Sunday League.

Time also to nail the Prima Donnas who look like they have been shot when someone brushes against them. When they go down attempting to earn an Oscar, they should be made to go off the field for 5 minutes, the next time they do it, 10 minutes, and so on. The likes of Ronaldo (I'll admit, a very talented player, but a cheat) would spend only half the match on the pitch and might get him to think of getting himself sorted. Time too that Sepp Blatter was fired off, FIFA have taken the English game and ballsed it right up along with the owners/managers of the clubs, all down to Greed.

Could go on, but I'll shut up now

Thanks Solly,me biased.........never !!
Rooney needs the ball played to him or for him to run onto it.......didn't happen enough, hence Rooney was starved of good supply and opportunities,I blame mostly the midfield..........didn't help the defence enough and didn't feed the forwards well enough.tactics were not followed through........gerrard was rarely in position although he tried hard ! lampard two good shots........other than that nothing, barry was useless, milner tried hard........we should of played 4-5-1.
