Hello the Hussars,
I was attached to the regiment from 69-72 in Paderborn and Tidworth. I am trying to find John Gallager, he was in the Band (as a euphonium player) came from Blandford and married a french girl, I was his best man. He was discharged about 1971/72, and I did hear he had joined the prison service but they cannot trace him. If any of you can help it would be appreciated, its been 38 years since we parted company.

Well all you guy's at Noah's Ark, it has been two years now since I posted and the only hint that I have found about John Gallagher was that he was with the band in Bengazi, otherwise not a bleep from anyone, so I can only guess that he disappeared into the woodwork and never resurfaced, or he has gone to the great tank park in the sky.
But, if anyone knows anything I would much appreciate any info.
Cheers
Brian Harding
