Ernie & Eileen Hughes

Postby Bob_H » Mon Jan 06, 2014 12:45 pm

I've just spoken with Ernie who called to say that his wife Eileen has been accepted into a permanent care home. Ernie & Eileen joined us in 2012 on our trip to visit Medicina and, although making use of a wheelchair for Eileen, they thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Both of them are aged 83.

Ernie is having treatment for prostate cancer but still visiting the care home every day.

Please join me in wishing these two lovely people all the very best for the future.

Ernie & Eileen

May the coming months improve your lot. Unfortunately, we never know what is round the corner. Usually a politician with his begging bowl !

All the best to you both.
Regards
