Serious Injury to Luigi Trevisan

Postby Bob_H » Thu Aug 14, 2014 9:21 pm

I'm sad to report that Luigi has suffered a fall of around nine feet.

Luigi writes: "Sorry for the late reply but I'm in the hospital since July 7, and just today I was able to read your writings.
The fall took place from 9 feet and I fractured face, wrist, pelvis, knee DX and acetabulum (hip joint). I can not get up ... And it 'always be bad in bed, including making needs. The docs talk about another three months to rehabilitate the whole.
"

Luigi escorted our group on their visit to Medicina in 2012 and has been made a Honorary Member of Noah's Arc.

Please join me in offering our hope that Luigi makes a early and full recovery.

Here's the latest news from Luigi

"Dear Bob, hello.
I am very happy to know those news and I thank you so much for your friendship and sensibility.
I went back at home last week after over 95 days of hospital because my body was seriously injured. Now I am spending the convalescence for the pains and use the crutches to move.
i hope to get well soon as your nice thought says. I am happy for your holidays in ITaly and in my (our) mind there is always next april with you.
A big hug to you and LInda, take care and keep well.
Your little HAwk LUigi and LAura."
