Brigadier John Smales

Postby Paul W. Baker » Thu Nov 26, 2015 7:54 pm

I thought i would let everyone know that after talking to Brigadier John Smales yesterday he is now very keen to become an active member of Noah's ARC.

What does this mean? Well he does hope to attend a reunion or two in the coming years, unfortunately this will not be in 2016 as he is working over that weekend abroad I believe?

He is very keen to do something on the lines of a Battle Tour / Presentation / Talk or whatever would interest members of Noah's ARC at some stage, this will be discussed at some point in the future if members show a interest, your thoughts are most welcome.

Welcome to Noah's ARC

John Smales was the best 14/20th officer that I had the pleasure to serve alongside, both inside and outside of the regiment. I found that I could always count on his support, in good times and in bad times. Any contribution that he is able to make towards Noah's Arc will accordingly have my full support.
