Re: Our Memorial Is Now In Place

At last we have an up to date sitrep (Sadly - Post initial laying )
Strange that they wish to know when 10 plus can visit when hundreds arrive to pay homage every single day.
Denny and I are passing by the Arboretum in mid Dec so will see area of Regimental interest at that time

Well done Geoff, I really enjoyed reading the article. It certainly brought back exciting memories, and the frustrating times that we had to endure in NI.
Stay well

Re: Retirement of JC, Regimental Secretary (N)

JCs retirement is a sad occasion, which will effect us all at Noahs Arc, he has been a great source of information, and his loyalty to the 14/20H and the KRH has been an inspiration to us all. I have had the honour of serving with JC in many roles and theatres of the world starting in the sixties, H...

A real character of the Regiment, loved and well respected by his NCOs and soldiers , sometimes judged as an eccentric by his superiors.
RIP PEMBO-A MEMORABLE HAWK

A loss to us all, I had the great pleasure of knowing "The Duke" for many years , he was the gentleman of the Band and was well respected for his knowledge and great conversational pieces
RIP Peter and sincere condolences to his family and close friends
